Terms and Conditions for Quickpix

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By downloading and using the Quickpix application, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you are not permitted to download or use the application. By using the application, you affirm that you are 18 years or older, or you have received permission from a parent or guardian.

6. Licence

You may share photos and other content created with Quickpix on social media or other platforms for personal, noncommercial use. Commercial use of the photos or content without our prior written consent is prohibited.

Quickpix and its licensors retain ownership of all intellectual property rights for content on the application. Your access is for personal use only, subject to the limitations in these terms.

You may not:

Sell, rent, or sublicence Quickpix content.
Reproduce, duplicate, or copy Quickpix content.
Redistribute Quickpix content without our permission.
Use Quickpix content for commercial purposes without written consent.
Remove or alter copyright notices or watermarks.

7. User Conduct

You are responsible for your behaviour whilst using Quickpix and must use the application lawfully, without infringing on the rights of others or hindering their use of the application. You are prohibited from engaging in activities such as:

Transmitting harmful, offensive, or illegal content
Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity
Spreading viruses, malware, or malicious code
Violating laws or third party rights
Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
Attempting to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems
Collecting or harvesting personal information from other users

We reserve the right to remove any content or accounts that violate these terms and may take legal action against violators.

8. Liability for Content

We are not responsible for content that appears in your application or account. You agree to protect us against any claims related to your content. No content should be defamatory, obscene, or criminal, or advocate for violating third party rights.

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Quickpix, but you grant us a licence to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide our services. This licence is non exclusive, worldwide, and royalty free.

9. Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request the removal of links to our application and to modify these terms and conditions at any time. By continuing to link to our application, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Quickpix reserves all rights not expressly granted in these terms. We may exercise our rights and remedies under these terms at our sole discretion.

10. Removal of Content

If you find any content on our application offensive or inappropriate, contact us, and we will consider removal requests. However, we are not obligated to respond directly or remove content immediately.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information on this application and are not responsible for keeping the content up to date. We may remove or modify content at any time without notice.

11. In App Purchases

Quickpix offers optional in app purchases, such as additional photos. These purchases are nonrefundable and should be made with your own funds.

We reserve the right to change in app purchase prices, add or remove purchases at any time. Once a purchase is made, refunds will not be provided except where required by law. Please ensure that you review your purchases carefully before completing them.

12. Changes to Terms

Quickpix reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms regularly. Continued use of the application after changes are announced constitutes acceptance of those changes.

13. Termination

Quickpix reserves the right to terminate your access to the application at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, your data will be removed from our servers in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and your access to the application will be blocked.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account deletion feature in the application. Upon termination by either party, your right to use the application will immediately cease.
